As a co-owner of Southern Traditions development, UCF graduate and also College Park resident, Kim manages the finances for all Southern Traditions to assist homeowners in completing projects within the set budget. Her appreciation for the arts and city living aid the design and development process of homes to create spaces to be enjoyed by all who enter.
Meet Glen Turchin
Glen works to coordinate all construction needs to make sure homes are completed on time and to customer specifications. He is an integral part of the Southern Traditions Development team to creating satisfied residence of Southern Traditions homes.
